Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Intimate apparel such as underwear, swimwear, or face masks.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@dejsclothing.com. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please specify this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, Dejs Clothing LLC will cover the return shipping fees.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated timeframe, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. If the issue persists, reach out to us for assistance.
